Welcoming Early Bird Reception & Sunset Cruise
Meet us at The Tiki at Paddletail Waterfront Lodge to kick off the conference fun. Enjoy food and drinks on the water before we head out on a Sunset Cruise. Experience Crystal River like a local as you kick back and relax with us on this waterfront tour and sightseeing adventure!
One drink ticket and a selection of appetizers are included with your registration ticket. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase.

May 4, 2026, beginning at 7:30 AM at Paddletail Waterfront Lodge
Session Day & Karaoke Night
Check-in begins at 7:30-8:15 AM, with sessions running from 8 AM to 5 PM. Snacks and coffee will be provided by generous local businesses.
Enjoy lunch and dinner on your own at one of our delicious downtown eateries (link to be provided). Some of our local restaurants will be taking reservations ahead of time, and we will provide these details once finalized.
The fun doesn’t stop there! We invite you to keep the party going with us for Karaoke Night at St. John’s Tavern. This tavern is a local favorite, and we know you are going to love it, too! Starting at 6 PM, we will have karaoke on the back patio for all to enjoy. Get ready to sing your heart out with us!

The morning will begin with greetings from local partners and officials, followed by your final workshop sessions. Snacks and coffee will be provided by generous local businesses.
