When Dylan and Kaitlyn reached out to us, they had a clear vision for their real estate rebrand. They wanted fresh merchandise designs and custom signage that told the story of their unique approach to real estate. As they describe it: "We are the first ever lifestyle-driven real estate brand that helps people align where they live, what they wear, how they invest, and what they believe in."

Together, we developed four merchandise designs—perfect for shirts, tank tops, hats, stickers, and more—as well as three distinct for-sale signs tailored to different audiences: one with coastal vibes, one with a country aesthetic, and one that's minimal and modern.
