Sip & Shop is a monthly event inviting locals and visitors to enjoy a relaxed night out in Downtown Brooksville. Held on the last Friday of every month from January through September, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the event encourages guests to stroll downtown, support local businesses, and engage with the community.

The initiative was proposed by Terry Babor from Brooksville Unique Boutique in December 2024 to create a recurring opportunity for the community to connect with friends while enjoying a night out on the town.

This isn’t a scheduled, activity-packed event. Think of it as an opportunity to enjoy extended hours at participating shops, many of which typically close earlier. Some stops may offer light refreshments, small perks, or promotions at their discretion. Participation varies.

A digital map of participating businesses is updated for each Sip & Shop event so visitors can easily plan their stroll. We also encourage guests to tag the businesses they visit on social media. We love resharing and showing appreciation for our downtown community!
